Curry Wagner Simmentals
Curry Wagner Simmentals is located three miles north of Hershey Park, in central Pennsylvania. Curry Wagner Sr. and his wife, Denise, purchased the seventy-two acre farm from Curry’s mother in 2002. Both Curry and Denise have maintained full-time positions with Milton Hershey School since 1986, while running the farm and raising a family.
A true family farm, the Wagners enjoy the land with their children,
Curry Jr. and Tasha, and grandchildren, Eva and Caleb.
The farm is home to approximately seventy registered Simmental and SimAngus cattle, and also produces over 100,000 broilers for Bell & Evans. Regular consignors to the Stars & Stripes Sale, held in Gettysburg, PA, on the first Saturday in May, Curry Wagner Simmentals’ breeding program utilizes the top A.I. sires in the industry, including Upgrade, CLO Captain America, CNS Pays to Dream, HTP/SVF Duracell T52, SS Gunslinger, W/C Wide Track and Remington Lock N Load. Curry Jr. tends to the cattle, crops, and cultivates nearby fields for an additional seventy-five acres of hay and sixty acres each of corn and soybeans.
